It is often not sufficient to have a
business idea, proper articulation of what your business ideas are, how you
intend to add value, the vision and purpose of your business, how you intend to
generate cash to build the business and what money you will be making from your
business matter more. This is the whole essence of developing a business plan.
A business plan has been described as
"An essential road-map for business success. This living
document generally projects 3-5 years ahead and outlines the route a company
intends to take to grow revenues."

There are essential information you
may want to have before you put your business plan together. First I guess is a
clear picture of what you want to do.
I also suppose you have done enough
market survey, competition analysis, production cost, estimate of what it takes
to bring your product to the market, how you intend to fund your business among
others. These pieces of business information are largely required to build a
great business plan.
